Want to buy a House at USJ3

Hi to all...
I'm a potential buyer for a house a USJ3...
I asked the neighbour around for termites problem last few days and also the surrounding issues...
I find out that all over USJ there is termites problem and also there is a very minor of land sinking problem...
After i look at a few houses it also shows me that the fully extended Kitchen back door frame sunken a little...
That make the back door a bit hard to close...
Is that true that most of the Fully extended kitchen will have this problem?

How about the termites? If i bought over the house... would i have to redo the termites treatment?
How about the roof??? I only know that the owner did the ground treatment...
but i do not know whether can i do treatment on the roof also...

There is also a minor problem on the neighbour...
i heard that they will park their car in front of others ppl Main gate...
which make some trouble if you want to go out and when you just come back...
do any one have this problem?

Agree with the termite problem, USJ used to be oil palm plantation. Found out the hard way after my newly renovated kitchen roof began to fall apartand the door frame suddenly disintegrate to sawdust :eek:

As for land sinking, I don't think that is a problem as there is no mining land around USJ (exclude puchong & sunway) There are hairline cracks but nothing major. Mayb the renovation was not done properly.

Indiscriminate parking is a problem in most USJ neighbourhood mainly b'coz the 5 foot way and car pouch are too narrow + most family own more then 1 car hence no place to park.

Funny u didn't bring up the No. 1 scrouge of USJ - Traffic JAM

well that is not a huge problem for me... as i live at USJ 3 which have less distance to Federal...
the only jam is during the time that you come back from work... which is very bad also... :)
