Hi guys....
got an advice from my SIFU friend to soak feet in hot water daily for 2 weeks. It helps relieve and detox my always tired body and I am feeling very much better. Helps uplift bodyache as well. Think some of you can try out too.

Method:
1) 1 cup of white vinegar
2) 1 cup of rice wine
3) Hot water in a pail about 6" (+-) above ankle level.
(as hot as your feet can stand, the hotter the better.... :) pls do not
cook yourself)
Soak for 15 mins before going to bed each night for 1 week to 2 weeks depend on how serious the condition. Then when you feel better, can soak once weekly.

Some nice forumers had PM me to inquire what type of vinegar to use. Well you can go for the very normal ones easily found in any sundry shops. No need go for the $$$ ones as purpose is only for soaking feet.. :) Well after a few rounds of this, you may be able to sleep more soundly and relax.

Dear Mrs A Tham.. have you any idea about soaking feet with Epsom salts? I heard that it is good.. but am wondering if anyone has tried it and felt any difference from it. Epsom salts are more available here vs rice wine which i can't readily get so each time i am able to buy some, i treasure it for my cooking. heheeh

Don't know about Epsom Salt...are these Coarse Sea Salt kind? I am also told if soak with these Sea Salt (one big hand full of it each time) its good too. U can buy those normal White rice wine and not those premium ones from Jusco/Carrefour.
BTW, if for cooking, you should try Shao Hsing Hua Tiao Chiew...personal opinion, it taste smoother and more aromatic than plain white rice wine. You can get from Carrefour Liquor Dept...not $$ only about RM6+- for a 640ml bottle. They also sell the more premium type of Shao Hsing Wine fr about RM12-16
