BUT it'd be MORE helpful, if u can add the following basic details:
- Location? Like where? Usj2? SS19? where?
- Time?
And did you at least call the Balai to voice a concern?

i think its ok for you to call the cops just to get them to check.
the problem is not many people want to do this.
its too difficult or they dont want to get involved or they do not want to talk to the cops.
i mean what does it take.
would you prefer to wait for a crime to be committed by possibly these same men and then say, 'yes i saw the car cruising slowly and i wrote to the forum!!!!!!!.'
do something about it rather than keeping it quiet or telling your friends. that aint gonna do nothing for the folks that these guys are gonna hit next.

Few weeks ago, me and my wife went round house hunting in SS19. We were admiring those semiD and bungalows. A car drove by and stopped. Malay man with sarong ( looked like he stayed in that area)asked me seemed that I am lost and if I need any help. Replied I am just looking at their beautiful houses.

I thought it was a great job this neighbourhood thingy is working.
