Noisy neighbours

I must say that a few black sheeps actually spoilt the otherwise wonderful environment where I'm staying. The one opposite me is apparently a disco-goer with a hi-fi equipped proton wira. He would, almost every night, blast loud music from his car when he reaches home, until he was satisfied and his head shaken off lah...:). I'm talking about 11pm on weekdays and 2-3am on weekends! Another bird-brain worker renting room few doors away has a bloody noisy bike that zooms in and out like nobody's business. Oh... here he comes again....VRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!! Wow! My blood pressure gets higher!
It's a waste of time argueing with them or advise them as you would probably
have guessed correctly based on my descriptions that they are no "ordinary gentlemen" .

Without having to compromise our identity, what would be the best solution to these scenarios? Is it a good idea to seek help from the police? Anyone came across similar cases?

This kind of people no brain & no education. Those people's was so proud of his own PROTON WIRA & BIKE.. they want people's to take attention on him but they forgotten & dunno that they become the Jokers on the street.

1st option:

Just wrote a note and put infront of his gate.. Make him realize the stupidness that they have.. If driving Ferrari or Merz or BMW people's proud la.. if just a Wira with those surround systems.. just ask him to hide his the car. Make him looks like Soh Chai :D

2nd option:

During Weekend once his reach home , immediately call Police station said that u suspected this fellow having estasy or disturbing the neighbours .. make him in trouble.. :rolleyes:

3rd option:

Hope that they will move out soon.. pray for god .. :rolleyes:

I think writting a note and paste it on his gate is the best way of solving the issue. Do try Option 1 from Plantronic and see any improvement.
