I was informed by dunno who aledy that many church groups do different things for the underprivileged Orang Asli community,

I have in hand some 200-300 good quality used company T-shirt to give away.
( I used to bring max100+ pcs to Mabul for the sea gypsies and this year, I will do the same...but AAsia limits our weight etcetc...)

SO for logistic reasons, we wanna give the used Tee to the Orang Asli community lah....ANy1 know any church or contact that we can get hold of?

Many tks.

If u can assist/herd/round up your own gang of generous contributors, I can always be the delivery man. No charge, of course.

Heck! If you can get tonnes of dried food, bags of rice, crates of canned food etcetcetcetc... I can even offer you warehousing facilities, again at no charge!

Heck! I will give u free facilitity for even a bag of rice or a mini-case of children cereals!

I am not a rich man, can only afford to give one bag of rice etc. :(

Bless your hearts.

My church has adopted the village in 24th Mile and sister congregations have adopted other villages too.

I'll check on when our next visit will be and let you guys know.

BTW, if anyone of you are interested to sponsor an Orang Asli child, let me know. It's RM720 a year to keep a child in school. This RM720 goes to payment for their bus ride to school (it's miles away), and food so that they don't go to school hungry. If the child is below 6 years old, the money goes to their parents. It's called the Touching Hearts programme and this year, we have 106 children. The child is selected for us and you will receive their biodata and if it's school going child, you will receive a copy of their report card.

I have been visiting the 24th mile village for about 6-7 years now. And it is wonderful to see the progress the kids have made and the development in the community. The kids that my children were playing with are now young ladies and men now!
