I am starting this thread as educational purpose for people like me who just started to learn the proper complain route. Let's share some lights to others the proper channel. If you have info of other agency, please list out in here.

who or where do i complaint about asstro 'cheating' me?

- no signals?
- arguementative 'late paymet' & reinstallation charges?
- 'late payment charges'?

and what have u?

Or u suckers merely suck&pay it all up??

tupai, i ahve the same problem with you and i have encountered this twice already with Astro. As far as i know, i have paid all my bills but there is always an overdue. when i ask, they say this month never pay and then charge me rm 10 for late payment and another rm 10 for reconnecting fee.

it was 2 days ago...i was so mad. they cut my astro. I was saying to myself, how these guys control the whole dam satelite tv and the funny thing is we have no competition!!!

what can we do?? i love football....i need to still subscribe to this stupid astro.

officially the channel to go is CFM http://www.cfm.org.my . Under MCMC, and run by consumer rep and service provider rep.

I had a case with DIGI, they managed to help me sort out the issue, but it took almost 1 year to claimed back RM200++

If you have good evidence, Tribunal is the best route and fastest, should be settled in 2 months time.

CANCEL the monopolistic asstro lah!

I did 3? or 5??yrs ago ..and I dont think I am any less informed or blurer sotong than those who whined about not being on top of the world news or football scores by the nano sec! :D :D

We have been 'fighting' about their sendiri escalated fee of some rm198 + rm120 elcheapo dark alley lowdown lawyer's fee!! hahahahah...I told asstro and the lowlife lawyerscumdebt-collectors...lets see each other in court!

I frequently visit this site www.consumer.com.my for any info regarding bad service provider, and how the consumer resolved their problem, plus other related info. It is a very informative site but currently under construction. I managed to choose a good travel agency after reading some pro and cons comments given by others.
