USJ 11 is a huge community. It is roughly divided into 4 areas - 11/1, 11/2, 11/3 and 11/4. I think the gated community in 11/3 can be taken a one neighbourhood watch. I also know that at least 2 roads in 11/4 had set up a neighbourhood watch group a few years ago. In addition to that 2 other roads in 11/1 had also initiated guarded communities
