The house next door is being renovated. I took the convenience to ask the contractor to quote me the price to cement that part of no-man's land in front of the main gate where MPSJ would not want to resurface. The size is about 11 foot x 3 foot. The kind contractor quoted me RM1200. I would like to get second quote. Any recommendation ?
