Hi All,

My family is looking for a waterfall to go to this coming school holidays. Any recommendations ? Preferably not too far away from Klang Valley. Thanks in advance. :o

Hi Fabe,

Thanks. Very good site with info on many of locations. Reviews are too short though. Do you have any recent personal experiences to share ?

Cheers

I went to chilling recently. but if you are bringing small kids maybe not recommended. have to trek for about 30 mins to get to the waterfall. crossing the same river a few times on the way there. Good for the a little bit more adventurous type..

some photos i took..

Another one is Gabai.. easier access to the falls... just need to climb stairs. Good place for picnic.

I like Air Terjun Tekala. Also about the same area as Gabai...But slightly cleaner. Good for kids as they have a pool area at the bottom of the hill.

Tekala should be fine for families.

I am an avid fan of waterfalls

Me too...

Have phobia of sudden rise of water due to rain upstream... better to bring kids to swimming pool and the beach.

Guys,
Check out my overnight solo camping and trekking at YouTube. Just type "yateoh". Ignore the 6 months ago video.
