If before 6am, there will be additional surcharge of 50% applies. But, normally these cab driver never want to use the meter and they will just name a price. In my opinion, it shld not be more than RM20 from USJ1.

Around 5am, from USJ 1 to Subang Airport, will take around 20 mins ( if traffic is clear ) :)
