buddy - you're gonna have'ta go a long wayyyyy over to Mexico to have your stingray bakar....

alternatively - you should try the hitting the sotong season off the coast of terengganu... around full moon in May-June... specifically near Pulau Kapas... oso a sight to behold!!! :)

I tried catching sotong before :D ... very tricky... that was before I took up photography.

Fishing sting ray also very tricky. Normally it just sit on the seafloor and stuck on the seabed unless u tie another weight to knock it to move. Then you reel in ....... fast.

Fishing sharks also tricky... it might be after awhile and you think it is dead until u try to unhook the tackle.... then it will snap at u.... with its sharp teeth.... I will just cut the string to the metal trace.... and wait it real-real dead. Fresh fried shark meat with salt and curry powder is delicious.... also, a place in sekinchan, is famous for its shark meat soup and stir fry. If you wanna try, PM me for the location.
