Honestly, I have lost count of the number of IPTA in our country.

After the Govt simply upgrade some Institut, Kolej, Politeknik, Maktab to the title of UNIVERSITI.

One question please:-

After become PHD, does the govt still need to pay to 'upgrade them' or 'give allowance' for being unemployed?

Continuace of 1st world infrastructure, 3rd world mentality!.
60,000 Phd's for WHAT?.. It doesn't address the more pertinent problem of reducing foreign labor employment in this country.

You should try travelling along the NS highway. I've lost track of the numbers of IPTA advertisments after driving for one hour.
I never knew we had that many. And I sometimes wonder if they will produce quality grads? :p

This is the problem of Bolehland.. they tend to look at Quantities rather than Qualities ......... What's the use of 60,000 Phds if only 10% able to contribute while the rest stay in the university to be lecturer?
