Do you all have any news about the progress of Newgate USJ 21 project? :confused:
I think we should gather and do something or perhaps to get help together.

I am one of the purchaser of a unit in Newgate 21 Condo. I agree with your idea to form a forum to trash out the complexities of revival of this condo. Rhythm Avenue has been successfully completed but Newgate 21 is in limbo.

I brought this matter up with Gary Chong under Theresakok website (DAP Puchong and Kinara). The problem lies with RHB Bank and the selected Developer on the terms and conditions for the commencement of the abandoned Project. Plese contact gary Chong for more details. The Developer by now should have come up with a proposal for the continuation of this project.

i am also one of the purchasers of Newgate 21,paying interest diligently for the past years........sigh! I have written to RHB to ask for lower interest payment since Apr 2008,but have not been responded to. Anyone has any updates abt Newgate? Last I saw, it was up for sale

Sad to hear this kind of delimna. To think that Malaysia is one country that a house buyer can pay or buy a house without ever seeing it first. Another Malaysia Boleh and the gahmen is not really helping to resolve issues like this efficiently and they allow this to happen time and again. (or another "my hands are tied" ploplem??)
