I have a friend who has paid about 25% of the condominium. She cant maintain due to financial difficulty. She agree to pass the condominium to interested party but he/she must continue the instalment of rest of it, ie get the condominium at abt 75% of the price.
The place is at Taman Universiti Legenda at Mantin, Negri Sembilan.
