I'm having an I-Pod shuffle but can't transfer songs cos they need XP Service Pack or Vista. I only have XP. Where to get the upgrade?

The usual suspect would be your sync program requires that your Windows XP has at least Service Pack 2 or Vista having Service Pack 1.
You can access it thru: Start -> Windows Update.
Of coz, make sure that your OS is a legit copy or you won't be able to do any updates. :p

I had an existing I-Tune that transfer songs to my phone but when I got this I-Pod Shuffle(ma bird-day prez :) ) I want to transfer songs but my I-Tune needs to be upgraded cos the I-Pod is 2nd generation. So when I clicked on the upgrade, I was informed that my XP also needs to be upgraded to the 2 options(as what mlkok mentioned).

For Windows XP, click on the "Start" button on the bottom left corner and then select Windows Update. Follow the instructions from there.

Thanx man!(or ma'am). Settled, can't wait to go back and download my noisy irritating metal songs... and jazz...
