Get a TV tuner card for your PC/NB. Some have software to do that.
Or record it on a VCR and send to convert to VCD (shop next to Popular Summit)
Use a camera to record the TV :D
Try option first to test the quality.

if it is just one off, just ask people to record for you.
maybe u ask your friend to talk to the TV guy and get a copy...even better quality
I think nowadays shops sell DVD players with recording function. I'm not sure if it's possible to put it on CD later.

Hi fRaNkY,
1) May I know what is a TV tuner card?
2) Would you know how much is the charges for conversion of VCR to VCD? It used to be expensive. The last time I checked was about 8 years ago.
