Hi Forummers,
I would appreciate your advice on how to highlight my complaint to Karrimor about my Karrimor rucksack which I purchased in KL some years ago.
I do not have the receipt anymore but there is a lifetime guarantee with this rucksack. The problem is that the material of my knapsack is slowly disintegrating into sticky rubber crumbs after some years of usage.
I have written to the Karrimor company in UK last month but they have not responded. I have also asked Tearproof Malaysia but they said that they do not carry this model and refuse to assist me.
I am disappointed with the attitude of both companies. If Karrimor does not bother about after sales service, why bother giving lifetime warranty?
