Hi,

For our LHDN e-filling system, anybody know whether the password for the Digital Cert same as the password for login to the e-Form?

I have previously export my digital cert and reformat my harddrive. Now I can import my digital cert back to my PC with the correct password. When I use this password to login to the e-Form, I can't login because it said the password is wrong.

I have done the e-filling for the last 2 years. Now cannot remember whether there is one password or 2 different password.

It can be two different passwords. I did the same thing as you but I have two different passwords.

Make life simple.

Just completed my e filing yesterday. It is pretty simple.

i heard from my colleagues that the e-filing has been revamped and the digi cert is no longer in use. Just type in password and can use from any PCs to log into your account but i cant confirm though...

yes, starting from last year, no more digicert. e-filing is made easy. no need to save the digicert or whatsoever.almost like do internet banking,if u forgot the password, can ask the IRB officer to reset by giving ur IC no.

Whatever the problem u might had, u can just contact any IRB branch to enquire, even ur file is not there.most branches now will have call centers to cater all calls. the policy is now "no wrong door", so basically u can ask about tax problems at any branch.
