Part Time Lecturing

I am interested in Lecturing in the private colleages around Subang Jaya and this is my first time. What is the market rate for a part time lecturer now a days?

I have a Master in Management and could teach any management subjects. Is there any difference in which qualifications I have? How about art and science subjects? Any different in the part time rate?
