Hi,

I urgently require the floor plan of the DSL houses in SS18/4F. If any of you have it, I would greatly appreciate a copy. Thank you so much!

will this hold up to legal use, e.g. for property valuation?

What is the purpose of the property valuation? For S&P, normally a chartered surveyor is engaged.

For S&P. Am missing the original floor plan, so looking for alternatives... what I heard is that the government surveyors are quite strict in demanding for the floor plan, failure to produce it will result in the delay of stamp duty processing...

actually i'm trying to purchase this property but the original floor plan is missing, so i guess the responsibility is on the vendor side to provide it?...

yeah. I would think the seller should ba having the copy of the plans. Alternatively, you could go to the developer to request a copy. If the developer can't give you a copy due to missing and what not, ask the developer to give you the Architect's name.

You could get the plans from the architect. If the architect is not around, you could get it from the civil engineer.

that's what I think.
