Hanoi airport tax.

I will be going to Hanoi by Airasia next week and on to Guilin China . Can anyone pls confirm whether I need to pay airport tax at Hanoi airport before departure to KL. If so how much? Is it advisable to change RM to Yuan in Malaysia or change USD in China? Is it possible to change RM in China? If so what's the rate? Thanks.

Hanoi airport tax is USD14. Change RM to Yuan/RMB in Malaysia is a better option in terms of cost. You can't change RM to Yuan/RMB in China. USD to Yuan/RMB is ok in China.
