You might catch him at a busy period now...as most folks normally wants to do reno works by year end...but anyway you can try to call him to see if he could go over to give you good estimates.

Just tell him...you got his numbers from Usj.com.my...that in itself carries a lot of weight.

go for alan cheng as recommended by orchi. Reliable, honest, helpful & reasonable contractor. Currently, our home renovation project is also done by Alan. Good man!

well.. i have got another good electrician to recommend if you find Alan doent fit your taste.
