New property in puchong near chinese school

Yesterday, I went for a launch in puchong jaya near new chinese school.

They were selling at 850 K for intermediate lot. :eek:

Why are they selling at such high price to take advantage of the fact it is near the new chinese school ?

not just location, but the very limited (one?) Chinese school available there.

They want to sell at that price but how many willing pay that much at a time when oil price and daily goods price go up up up? I say wait awhile and they will adjust the selling price.

what if there is new school in that area?

it may be intermediate lot but you didn't mentioned the build-up or the finishings offered...i certainly do not think it bcos of a chinese school property price goes up..

A few years ago i have the chance to buy a few houses for under RM$400k
each, a few of my friends said that wait for a few mths or years the market
would correct and the price will fall.

Lucky i did not wait & rather than buying 5 i bought just 2 for investment,
as i regret not buying more.

Now the 2 houses that i have bought is close to be worth about 1 million each.

to register 300% capital appreciation is awesome over such a short time span

Build up is 24 x 85. Finishing is very good.
THere is a show room there, you can see for yourself.

I think 30% have been sold when I was there yesterday.

It is near to jalan kasawari , puchong jaya where the new chinese school is.
