To all USJ residents only,

There is an Australian IRISDOLOGIST and Nutritional expert who is here in malaysia giving free health reading.

His office is in MID Valley Borlevard

I had my IRIS read and he cured my health problem which took me 15 years and still not cured by a medical doctor SJMC after spending a huge sum of ringgit over the last 15 years. He cured me in just 1 month ......

(Admin note - rest of post removed as it is soliciting fo business ... please read what PalmDoc has to say below )

Unsubstantiated?

Well let me tell you my experience

I was on hypertension tables Fortzaar 100mg for the last 15 years. and you know what the doctor told me? If I dont take it I may die of heart attack or stroke anytime. but he also told me that if I take it, it will damage my liver slowly. In other words the doctor told me to choose between slow death or quick death. this is in my medical records with my GP doctor and SJMC.
The nutritional suppliments which the irisdologist recomended me brought down my pressure and now I am not taking hypertension pills for the past 1 month.

Now I have the third option.

Doctors correct? palmdoc correct? two schools of thoughts. I respect both.

doctors wants to protect their interest? they dont agree to let pharmicist to dispense medication in malaysia.

read the book "What the doctors do not know about nutritional medicines may be killing you" by Doctor Ray D. Strand, M.D.
This doctor humble himself by writing this book, great man and a doctor. He cured his wife who was bedridden and was told by medical doctors including himself that his wife was beyond known medical cure. He humble himself by listening to a nutritionist and his wife was cured. Imagine a nutritionist cure his wife which medical schools gave up?.

Thanks a lot.

Please note stopping your blood pressure tablets and still getting a normal blood pressure after a month does not make you "cured"
Sometimes with some types of blood pressure tablets you may not get an immediate rebound and the rise in BP may occur after a month. You are advised for your sake to continue monitoring the BP and do not rely on symptoms.
In patients who were allegedly "hypertensive" and had normal blood pressures in the long term despite stopping medication, then one would have to question the diagnosis in the first place (perhaps they had labile blood pressure and were not really hypertensive) or perhaps with adequate lifestyle changes in mild hypertension one might be able to do without medication.
FYI the chance of liver adverse effects in Fortzaar is very small - less than 1%

Palm Doctor,

Thank you for your educated advice.

Are you trying to tell me that my GP doctor and all the SJMC doctors that I had seen and also confirmed by a UK doctor while I was in uk, had diagnosed me wrongly all this while for the pass 15 years?? In that case I should have come to see you 15 years ago( forgive me I dont mean to be rude)(its just that I feel angry and frustrated that I have been cheated all these 15 years of my pill money and wrong diagnosis as claim by you). BTW, my pressure 15 years ago was measured at 170/110 . do you still consider that as a mild hypertension? My cholestrolol reading, bad verses good was 8.5
and oh I forgot. I was also more active 15 years ago because I still play racket games and golf then , and now I have stop that 5 years ago after I turn 51 years old when I feel too tired because my liver is playing up on me. I am now 56 going 57 soon.

I have read the book by (LYLE MacWilliam Msc. FP)
I quote a paragraph of it
" After 20 years, the American Medical Association (AMA) has completely reversed its previous anti-vitamin stance and now encourages all adults to supplement daily with a multiple vitamins. A landmark review of 38 years of scientific evidence by Haward researches, Dr Robert Fletcher and Dr. Kathleen Fairfield has convinced the conservatives Journal of the American Medical Association(JAMA) to rewrite its policy guidlines regarding the use of vitamins supplements. In two reports publish in June 19,2002 edition of JAMA, the authors conclude that the current North American diet while sufficient to prevent vitamin deficiency diseases, such as scurvy and pellagra, is inadequate to support the need for optimal health." end of quote. (BTW Malaysian Diet is even worse with all the chow quay teow and nasi lemak).

Does the above ring the bell in all our mind??

Many years ago I ask my doctor what she think of my nutritional suplliments that i consume and you know what sort of answer she gave me? You as a doc should know the type of answer doctors will give.

I tell you what she said. quote

" Hmmm Your daily food is good enough...however if you insist on taking it, it does you no harm. however choose the cheapest to save your money!!!!!" unquote.

does that line sound familiar to you doc?

I still respect doctors for all that they told me even if it means damaging 1% of my liver. and to you 1% is acceptable? If so then You sound just like my other doctors, that say oh dont worry Its only 1% damage, you only die a little few years younger. I TAKE MY BLOOD TEST EVERY YEAR WITHOUT FAIL and my liver reading is deteriorating yearly. If I plot a graph base on my yearly report, I will have liver failure at age of 65.

I still respect you as a doc... but please dont tell me to continue my preasure pill because the pill only damage my liver 1% ,oh no I want to live till ripe old age, that is if god willing.. Now I have a third and healthy choice, ie: I will continue to take my nutritional supplement recomended by my Nutritionist that is keeping my presure at 130/78 for the past 1 over month already. and I promise you I will update this post monthly to tell you of my preasure reading for the next 12 months.

I re Quote by Dr. RAY D. STRAND, M.D. A very very respected doctor

"What the doctors doesnt know about Nutritional Medicine MAY BE KILLING YOU" unquote.

And to people who care about their health, Doctors Advice is good BUT it is not the gospel thruth all the time" if you know what I mean.

Anyone interested to talk to me about my health please meet up with me and I will explain my health to you over a lunch or dinner perhaps? doesnt matter who pays for it. I may be poor in my wallet but I am rich at health now, and money cannot buy that.

Thank You.
