Theft in USJ 6 (Sat)

Dear All,

Just a quick reminder - do beware of robbery / theft cases within our community (USJ6).
It's quite frequent with Police claiming there's at least 1 break-in everyday.
And it's done by random groups and mostly caught was outsider...
From JB / Klang and even Sabahan/Sarawakian ppl / group.

Subang/USJ is being labelled as transit for these ppl to condut their mission...
Just how quick! Left home about 9.30pm went to Klang short-while.
Mum came back about 10.40+pm but didn't get into hse till another 10mins playing with my dog. Those theft release my doggy wif the fence chain still attached...

within that short period of time - ransacked all rooms, kitchen and partial living hall! I thk they dun have enuf time or so...

What amaze me was:
I have a CCTV cam with cables running frm living hall to upstair.
And my sis left the streamyx ON - dloading stuff...

They cut-off the wires connecting to the enclosed cam...
My PC and my Sis PC was shut off - CD-Rom ejected on both machine!
Streamyx Wireless was disconnected (not even a single cable was connected) and poweroff!
I guess they tried to find for the recording or trying to stop recording/destroy it!
Isn't that consider smart! Next they turn on MY LAPTOP (new)...
But they didn't take it - maybe laptop harder to dispose as it may have tracking facilities...

Items lost:
3x Gold bracelet
1x Platinum chain wif gem stone
3x pairs earing
2x PASSPORT (mine and my sis - 20+ and 15+, didn't take my mum's one).
1x Casio Exilim Z50
2x HP (T610 & K500i)

Sis cash ~ RM1300 (frm angpow)
Mum's foreign currency (rupee, won, SGD, taiwan-dollar) totaling abt RM2K
Non-activated Platinum credit-card (just received)...
Maybe some docs...

While "messing" my living hall for stuff, they throw a file...
inside tat file there's RM600... some cash were seen lying on the floor!
Kinda show they were in a rush not taking tat...
Oh ya, my 15 pcs of OLD RM1 bill (not the blue color ones, greyish ones) gone!

Neway, what's gone is gone!
Thankfully, i took oth my granny and sis when i went out tat nite!
Else, what happens if they decided to break-in with my granny and sis in the hse! Nowadays, these ppl are nasty!
Reading papers lately juz gimme the creeps!

unfortunately, my mum didn't install any alarm... :(
really unsafe nowadays! sometimes wanna leave hse to grab something / dinner oso scared... these idiots really got nothing to do but to survive on oth ppl hard-earned $!

Once you're marked, they'll still come and get you. We just have to look over our back often than usual. :(

Few months ago the house i stayed in usj also kena break.
My old PC untouched. Maybe they think its already old and bulky.
But my housemate's laptop was gone.
Just recently my office was break in also.
They came in through the ceiling.
Besides that there are snatch thieves around usj area also.
Heard a lot of stories about that from the ppl here.
Really unsafe place.
