Ingredients :

* 6 lbs. fajitas, well-skinned
* 10-12 fresh limes
* 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
* Fajita seasoning with tenderizer, to taste
* California garlic salt(blended with parsley and other spices), to taste
* 2 tablespoons olive oil

How To Make :

1. Four hours prior to cooking squeeze fresh lime juice on both
sides of meat and sprinkle lightly with teriyaki sauce. Let stand 2-2 1/2 hours.
2. Drain excess liquid and sprinkle garlic salt and fajita seasoning over the meat. Using a brush dab olive oil all over both sides of the meat. This will prevent burning the meat over hot flames.
3. Cook marinated fajitas quicklly over very hot coals. Flame cook until darkened, turn meat over and repeat. Remove from flames once both sides are darkened.
4. Cut into 1-inch strips across the grain.
5. Serve hot with tortillas pico de gallo, and margaritas.
