Ingredients :

* 2 cups long grain rice
* 6 cups water
* 2 tsp ground cinnamon
* sugar

How To Make :

1. Place the rice in a blender, coffee grinder, spice grinder or mini-food
processor, grinding to as fine a powder as possible. Cover with the
water and soak for three hours.
2. Add the cinnamon and simmer in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Then drain into a strainer lined with cheesecloth, squeezing the rice to
extract all the liquid.
