****, ****, ****, ****.........

See report in the NST.

In a posh condo, with 24-hour security, no less, in Selayang.

My deepest condolences to the bereaved parents.

There are fiends walking amongst us!

what a sad day...how could a parents leave the child alone at home and lock the doors and thinking its safe ? furthermore is a condo unit... why the father cannot call the security to help out to check out their unit... why did not the father rush home when the daughter call for help.... all this puzzles me

So sad to read this after I just read at Rocky's blog about another girl in Ipoh who was found dead after reported missing by her father. This is a sick sick sick world. We seem to be in a very sick society. I remember those days when we were young, we kids were all alone ourselves, walking around ourselves with no worries. Can't imagine kids these days not feeling safe even in their own home. Where else is safe in Malaysia???????? I am sick of all these. sick sick sick!!!!!!!!!! The murderers must be caught by all means and castrated in full public view!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If its crime of opportunity, like Nurrin case, then the police will have a tough time to find the rapist-sodomist-murderer.

What a blardy perverted world KL has become.

I wish we have a team OF CSIs as skilled as the one on TV.
They make crime solving seem so easy. Sigh.....

I just wonder whether we intend to acquire such skills and technology...or continue to rely on others.Very frustrating....I am sure there are plenty of finger prints from the pervert but no database to check ?

Its only going to get sicker. What a way to see a life ends...
We can only hope for malaysia to become a better place but only hope.....nothing further.

It's surprising that no one, security guards, neighbours, passers-by, heard or noticed anything untoward.

Or that they did and decided that it's none of their business. Apathy, Msian-style.

Even with the best forensics in the world, the police will have a difficult task without eye witnesses or tip offs.

The biggest nightmare would be that of a serial sex offender/paedophile on the prowl in KL.

who is going to tip off the police if they feel like nothing will be done?

who is going to tip off the police if they feel like it is none of their business?

Blame will go around so fast on this one...Sharizat already picking on the parents...

So, it's like 2 of the 3 monkeys - hear no evil, see no evil?

I would have thought that a basic sense of civil consciousness or responsibility would make Malaysians contact the police as eye witnesses or with tip-offs?

And if the police don't take action on these, then the public has every right to criticise them.

But if you see something, and you keep quiet, you are, in some way, sharing in the culpability.
