Need to book a bungalow in A Formosa Resort

My family is planning a trip to A Formosa, Malacca in Dec. I understand some bungalows is owned by individual. Can someone help me with the contact.

Most of the bungalows are still owned by the management. You can book from them direct. There are 4 room (1 storey) and 6 room (2 storey) available - all with a swimming pool (pond)

if aging memory does not belie me, this is one of those guaranteed-rental projects where individual buyers took up ownership of bungalows and waited ad waited for rental income to pay their bank loans. those days should be over by now and there will be plenty of private unit owners. most are not prepared to let it our on the open market for obvious fears. you need to have contacts, and thats the problem. maybe if somebody makes buddies with the jaga pintu, let them make a couple of red notes and you could get a real good deal, better than being ripped off by the management's pricing.
