Suppose to use clam but I could not find any in Carrfour last weekend so I used a mix of raw mussel and raw oysters instead.

300g Clams
water
4 medium potatoes skinned and cut into 15mm cubes
2 tablespoon butter
1 big onion
1 cup cream
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil Clams in 2 cups of water until soft. remove clams and chop. Do not discard the water.

Melt butter and stir fry the onion until transparent. then add potato and water. Bring to boil. Turn heat to low and add chopped clams, dill and water used in boiling the clams. (Be careful not to pour in the sand) Bring to 2nd boil then reduce heat and simmer until potato is soft.

Add cream and milk, pepper and salt to taste..it ready to be served.
