I think this will be very interesting. As time passed, modernization step in. Kids now days are exposed to CD, DVD etc. I wonder they still sing some Rhythms like us during our childhood such

"I love you, you love me, I kentut, you lari" :D

Do you still remember any?.

Here's a KE Taiping Classic. Raymond will know this one.

Georgie porgie cookie and pie,
Kiss the girls and make them cry,
When the KE boys come out to play,
Georgie porgie run away.

Georgians, eat your heart out, man.... :p

When I first joined UM as a freshie back in the 79/80 academic year, had to undergo 1 full-month of massive orientation. And I remember it was at the sparkling new 7th Residential College (Zaaba College) where 3 - 4 of us freshies were selected each time to stand in front of the 4th College and sing :

4th RC is full of apiah, tananay tananay
See them tumbling down the stairs
See them fumbling here and there
4th RC is full of apiah, tananay tananay

The 4th RC seniors will then pour cold water on us. I realized after the orientation that the seniors at both 4th and 7th were actually good buddies and this exercise was actually to 'break' those snobbish, arrogant, a-ok freshies (a-ok "anak orang kaya!") at 7th College. They had their days all-right!

And there was nothing 'racist' about the song and the need for us to shake and rotate our head 'ananay' style like the way some of these so-called new-liberalized politkus hue and cry about Namewee!

I have got one to share but it is a bit racist. I found it funny when I was a kid but I dare not write the full lyrics here. My Muslim fren taught me this. It is sang to the tune of Selamat Hari Raya.

Selamat *******,
Pada Orang yang berugama ********,
Selamat Makan *******,
Balik Kampung Tanam Jagung Sampai Mati.

Here's another one of the fav festive song.

Hari Raya puasa,
Lembu kari masak,
2 kali makan,
'Ampat' kali b****k!!! :p

And back then when we were kids, we use to sing this loudly with our muslim friends and guess what, we never fought over the song. Now, that is the Malaysia I miss...

Besides the one I posted earlier, this was also another popular ditty during my primary school days.

What to do?
Go to Pudu
Ask Mr. Muthu,
to eat your kutu.
