Aerobics Classes In USJ

Hi hi,

Anyone knows where to sign up for aerobics classes around USJ / Subang area? I am tired of becoming member of those exclusive Fitness Centres (e.g. Fitness First, Celebrity Fitness...etc) as they are too expensive and it is not worthy if you pay RM150 - RM200 per mth to go for their classes.

Anyone has any ideas? ;)

You can check out one in USJ 21/7, above the steamboat restaurant.

Consider Puchong area... they are 1 ladies only gym center, not bad... I just join the center for 2 months... feel very comfortable.

If anyone are in to music, you can check out this studio Dance World in Taipan next to Kayu Mamak store..... i heard they are having this Salsa dance ...kinda aerobic and fun to work out with........you can call them up n check it out 03-56382067
