Found a neighbor is keeping a horse in his corner unit. His daughter would ride it every morning. IS anyone allowed to keep horses in terrace unit? Is he allowed to ride the horse in a public road?

Horse in USJ5 house? Hmmm... lots of horsing around since I left USJ.

Talking about horses, there will be a few beautiful-looking black stallions on show at The Curve this Wednesday night, July 4. Bring your kids there if they like to see horses. And Daddy can oogle at the lady riders in tight leathers! :D

Rich man can buy a ranch and not stay in housing estate. So he is not actually rich. Report the fella to mpsj and let them take action. Not the right place to keep a horse.

Horses do need lots of space to run and gallop suerly not in some housing estate!! Where are the authorities?

I think in Kedah or is it in Sungai Petani, I read that there is some council which states that you can only keep 2 PETS. be it a chicken or a duck, it has to be two.

so, theoretically, she can keep another horse :D

As long as it don't make any noise when you are asleep or pass faeces in your area. It shouldn't be a problem to you, right ?

What's the difference between horse and dogs or cats ?
Dogs **** in front of your gates (if the owner let them loose by themselves) and bark incessantly sometimes to wake you up.

Cats also can be troublesome. But I am not sure what are the problems yet.

Last time, my neigbour rear male chickens and they woke me up at 6 am in the morning with their cuckoo morning call !

I am trying to import a llama, is this legal ? :D

All animals prefer to run around including dogs and cats. But they are still confined.

Depend on which types of horses one keeps in the house's compound. Apart from retired race horses that are very much frisky, there can be ponies that easily look after. Like those shetland ponies with the height of only about 2 feet tall.

As long as the animal is well kept and the surrounding hygiene is well look after, it certainly not a hazard in the neighbourhood
