Hi Mag,

I'm looking to buy a property in usj. Most agents will show me houses at usj3.

Can give some comments for usj properties (traffic, neighbourhood, price)since u had been living there for 2 years ? What about the high tension cables which can be seen from usj3/4?

Hi Lex. I dont have any problems with the high tension cables at all. Not much traffic at the moment but dont know about the future as MPSJ is planning a road to link here to Batu Tiga. House prices in 3C ranges from 370K to 400K. There are still a couple of units here for sale...Good luck with your house hunting...
