dude... like in Putra avenue... went to Sime UEP office to see their launch of the Sapphire and Ruby launch units... 490k ++ (non bumi price... ok!)

Design - superb... finishing - superb... built up - superb... fung shui /north facing - excellent...

On the location map... beautiful...

then I realise... eh? where is the freaking pylons... ?? Not on the map...

Ask the salesman... "entah lah... ada kabel ke, kat sana??"

So apa lagi... took a drive back to the area... and true enough, the pylons sitting on a HILL-LOCK, facing right on the house that my wife and I was interested in... and [not finish yet!] ... on the side... flanked by the GAS PIPELINE... :( sheeeeesh! OSO NOT ON THE MAP !!!

Moral of the story.... NO MATTER WHAT the brochure says, check out the place FIRST before paying a sen... or you might just find your house beside worse things... like IWK or CEMETARY or PYLONS or UNDERGROUND GAS PIPES...

hahaha fengshui good, think again man, any toilet above the main door is a great loss to the man of the family, they believe u will kill your own "cari makan" in the future, basically it signify the toilet stuff will flush into your house everytime you use the main masterbed room toilet. :D

Of course they won't say about the pylons, high tension cable or gas pipe line. Look at those condos' they are building in front of Subang Parade and Wisma Consplant next to railway line. Of course they will say it's electric train that won't generate high noise level. But let not forget there are many goods train that uses the track as well carrying or sending goods from/to Port Kelang after midnight. For those who purchased the units there, your sleep will be disturbed and sound of "Pancat Pancat" generated by a diesel train will be ringing inside your ears everynight.

Somehow one need to visit the actual site prior to making any decision.

Yup... my buddy in USJ 22 still regrets buying his house there... because it overlooks a [muslim] CEMETARY, opposite his house... full view from his master bedroom window, upstairs

Told him... well, at least there is peace and quiet in the neighborhood !! :p
