Oh No! Not another Economical Thread :D

Ok. I was reading this news article ( http://www.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2007/6/11/nation/17989389&sec=nation ) about this sick land lord (photo : http://www.thestar.com.my/archives/2007/6/11/nation/tom.jpg ) who apparently filmed female students who were bathing!

It's really sick and perverted and it's totally invasion of privacy.

It is bad enough if he is watching it BUT can you imagine if he teamed up with some local Pirated DVD guys and sold a DVD called "Kehidupan Pelajar Yang Melampau" like the ex-MAS Steward ?

This is scary!

I am sure not too many people out there have the luxury of owning a home. Some have to go through the "rough" and "tough" times and have to rent a place.

It would be good if anyone out there could help give some advise on how on earth we could detect if there is a spycam in a particular rented accomodation be it a condo, a flat, a hotel, your friend's house, etc. etc.

It looks like a black plastic electrical "plug" but it's not ! It's located next to the fluorocent lamp. I believe it gets the electricity from the same source as the lamp

It's a hidden camera! How scary!
