View Full Version : Invalid Reason For Altantuya Case Postponement

Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail said yesterday he had to change the prosecution team in the murder trial of Mongolian model Altantuya Shaariibuu in the interest of justice.

That was because Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) Salehuddin Saidin who was leading the prosecution team had been seen playing badminton with trial judge Datuk Mohd Zaki Md Yasin.

:eek: Was surprised to read this .... how can this be happening and yet no action was taken. Isn't this a disgrace to our legal system and became a joke to foreigners? :rolleyes:

Aiyah easy lor, next I won't be surprised the acussed' alibi- playing golf with the CPO. But they forgot that God is watching and Atlantuya's spirit.Some buddhist friends told me that there is 'Karma. It may not be this generation but it will be done.

u figure whats wrong...Like I said before, some asses will be walking free. But justice will be served eventually. Those guilty...be afraid. Be very afraid. Your time will come. Sooner than you anticipate.

are u kidding me? when do we see justice served in malaysia? eg: the case where some guy got beaten to death in a rest, and the women that got rape and killed while jogging?...for ur information, there's no justice here....killers walks free...
