I know that apple skin has most of the niutrients in the apple. But is skeptical to eat the skin because of the wax (natural and commercial) on it.
Anyone has more info? :D

Yes... I never peel the skin when eating apples because the skin contains the highest fiber which is helpful for our diets. Just wash the skin carefully before you eat - you can use brush to brush the skin to remove the wax. :)
For details of apple skin nutrients .... see : WHFood article (http://www.whfoods.org/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=15)

Wax is an inert substance and it should not be a concern.
However, do be careful about pesticides and other chemicals .. there is a general concern that agricultural products from China are awash with pesticides and chemicals. I am OK with Fuji apples from Japan but I am concerned about the same type of apples from China.
Can someone qualify if this concern about agricultural products of China?
A friend of mine taught me this. Its really effective. Take a serrated knife and scrape the apple. The skin remains intact but all the dirt and wax will be scraped out. After that give it a quick rinse.
