You folks recently read about the promotion of the Klang Municipal Council President to the post of Dep Sec-General in the Home Affairs Ministry? Gosh...after all the Dato Z fiasco, followed by the list of misdemeanours happening in and around Klang, and this guy gets promoted!!!

Believe it or not. It can only happen in Bolehland!

C'mon. Everyone knows that being Ketua Majlis Perbandaran is a training ground for promotion to other ministries. Just take a look at MPSJ and you will know what I mean. From the 'botaking' of the trees to the consortium of pest controllers...no matter what freaking decisions they make....they will be promoted. Some kind of employment contract with the Govt!

Yeah. And later on get promoted to the rank of Sec-Gen then Dep Director & finally Director.

By then, perhaps nobody would remember he was the YDP of MPK during the Dato Z fiasco.

Sorry for a digression here - Secretary General is the TOP post in any government Ministry. It is above all Director positions. Only the Minister is higher than the Secretary General. By the way, the Sec Gen is not the lady sitting outside the Director's room who handles the filing ;) that's the Personal Assistant and there are no "secretaries". :D

Is there an archive of controversial news of so and so that made the headlines ?? I remember there was plenty of feedback that Malaysians easily forget. :D
This would make great reading material. All the outrageous and funny antic of our politicians. All their famous quotes and statements. Very invaluable.
Put them all in alphabetical order .
The Star can publish one as the they can dig into their news archive .
I bet it would be a BEST Seller.
In addition, the book has potential to grow as there will be plenty of future news of the individual to add on.
All rakyat can read all the politicians story from humble beginnings to rise of stardom.
When the GE starts, everyone can refer to the book, so and so, and their contribution.
The book can also be written in so many language to be circulated to all our multi lingual rakyat and it can reach even rural, urban and globally. No need to use internet.

I would remind them I am a taxpayer, a voter and I pay full fare... and if I may add a new line "this is not the Malaysian Parliament where nincompoops can play monkey!!!" This would normally shut them off!!!

They act like pompous asses as if the world owes them a living. Their outriders also think that they are undiedable they way they force cars off the road just so that these asses could pass. Actually they can pass but maybe they are afraid of your car scratching theirs.
