A doctor in naturopathy advised me to drink alkaline water. Has anyone tried or is drinking this water? Your feedback wd be most appreciated.

No. Alkaline water is different from distilled water. It is supposedly good for acidic body conditions which affect many people nowadays due to diet or stress.

well we all know acid + alkaline = neutral..
and a by-product salt is produced..

but then again, what would be the safe level of alkaline in the water you're supposed to drink?
too much alkaline is not good for the body as well..
did you doctor mention what PH-level water you're supposed to drink?

I don't understand why people would drink alkaline water. I just bought bottle from an air-cond supplies shop for about RM12 in SS15, dilute it a bit and spray on the outdoor air-con unit to remove the dirt and gunky stuff. The shop fella said the alkali liquid is better than the red-coloured one which is acid-based and therefore less "siong" (damaging) on the compressor unit.

Acid or alkali, these liquids look dangerous to me and no way am I going to put them into my stomach. :D
