oh. im not sure. i doubt anyone else are sure of the filters.

i have a rm2.5k ionized alkaline water filtration system at home.

i just dont know how good this filter is or other filters in the market.

i believe there's too much marketing hype being spun for all these filters.

how would anyone know? i bet my parents didn't know either when they bought the filter.

now everyday is alkaline water day.

just installed a cylinder filter system at the main last weekend, after countless time of Syabas turning my white clothings into brown/yellow clothing.
First I was a bit skeptical about the water filter system, but after seeing the actual color of the water flowing out from the main pipe, I was really convince I did a right decision. Tell you... the water from the main is really yellowish/brownish... first I thought it's just the residues from the pipes, and the water will turn clear after a while. The contractor told me it's like that all this while, then he just let the water run for a few minutes, and the water didn't turn clear at all, which mean the coloration is not from the pipes residues... and I'm drinking/cooking/bathing with this yellow water all this while!! yuck!!
After they install the filter, then I did a test run with my washing machine. I dump all of my dirty white clothing and wash them. Amazingly non of my white clothing got any yellow stains at all!! :D Compared to last time, for sure at least 1 or 2 will kena the yellow stains one.
And I notice the water is not that smelly anymore :D
