How come compensation amounting 75% cost of project was paid when project just began ?
Shouldn't it be "Partial-compensation" ?

Are you working in Public Works Department? If you are, I have this to tell you, "SHUT UP and do your work" LOL :D No offence ya, but that's what's Samy Vellu is gonna tell you anyways :D - http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2007/4/18/nation/17469893&sec=nation

Others MUST shut up :D

Remember the MRR2 case? While it's still being investigated, he can say, "It's Not design Fault. Anyone who simply opens the mouth and say it's design fault, the engineer reserves the right to sue him"...... blah blah blah.... Dia Cakap Boleh (What he says is ok)...... but at the end of the day, what was the conclusion of the investigation? It needs strengthening!

Haha :D

The very damn reason why the entire tax paying, hard working idiots like you and me get "heart-sick!" when April comes a-calling.... knowing very well that our hard earned money is gonna be used to compensate some bullsh!t claim....

And knowing that half the cost is because of business ethics that the ACA would have a field day investigating... err, then again - when the boss oso is allegedly crooked, how the machais want to be enforcers... phuiiii !

another case of gemilang, terbilang and [sudah kena] temberang?
