No question at the moment. Sorry am lost. Ohhh..Blue...your poor soul. Relax. Let your mind cool off. Sit on a nice soft sofa..yeah, go on. Put your legs up on the coffee table. Hold my hand. Close your eyes. Imagine you are in a field filled with flowers and trees. You see the animals roaming free. The sun is rising. It's gonna be a beautiful day ahead. (ok, something is not right with the above. spot the odd description. :p )

Next person? Without or with har-ko?

Sugarfree
23-08-2007, 03:10 PM

Do you believe in blogging?

Pretzels
25-08-2007, 12:15 AM
I don't really..:p..well I won't have such time and patience to blog anyway and I know of some who blogs loads of bullsh't, personal details of themselves (the way they like to be known) and personal details about others that are nothing but nasty. But of cozz there are blogs that are informative ;)...

anyone else?

Sugarfree
25-08-2007, 01:01 AM
Blogging takes too much time, methinks. Also, you need to have interesting stuff to share. Otherwise, there's simply no point.

Do you believe in marrying the first person you fall in love with? Or wait for better...uhhh...options (for want of a better word)? :p

how long do you think you should get to know a person before marrying him/her? :D

Sasha
26-08-2007, 05:48 PM
As long as possible. Actually, why spoil the courtship by getting married? Getting married doesn't 'secure' a relationship.

Anyone else has a view on it?

Sugarfree
26-08-2007, 11:34 PM
Getting married doesn't 'secure' a relationship. On the contrary, it kills the romance, according to a school of thought.

Alright then. Let's have the next question.

Is it just me or am I always asking the next question? :p Just kidding. Ok, this is it.

If someone else (especially if he's rich) is buying you dinner, do you purposely order the most expensive food?

coleslaw
27-08-2007, 02:42 PM
no.. i'll normally order what i want to eat, yet mindful of the price but there are some who will order the most expensive dish if someone else is paying( that person don't have to be rich). seen it too many times..

next..

Pretzels
27-08-2007, 08:00 PM
hmm...me too, but I like spending others more, although I'm not rich. :p

I think gay people are really understanding and gentle, and they can be really good friends. What do you think?

Sasha
27-08-2007, 09:19 PM
I know quite a few gay people, males and females... most of them are rather fun people, some are a bit on the crazy side, some a bit more normal in behavior, nut most important of all, they are pleasant to me.

next person's views??

coleslaw
27-08-2007, 09:27 PM
likewise, have many gay friends..some are still in the closet..generally they are fun people but can they bitch! :D

anyone else?......

Sugarfree
28-08-2007, 09:52 AM
My neighbour is gay! He happens to be very helpful and basically a nice chappie. It's just that his sexual orientation is different (from mine). Truth to be told, I find a guy doing another guy disgusting but then again, to each his own. :)

Must you have chili padi in your food almost everytime? (I know a person who does :D ).

Pretzels

Pretzels

Has anyone slapped anyone before? teeheeeeheeee.....

Sugarfree
28-08-2007, 01:19 PM
I think my grandpa did when I was a preteen. If I remember correctly, I inserted a pair of chopsticks into my bowl of rice and started to pretend pray! That got him so angry, he gave me the 'ng sar cheong'! And till today, I dare not play with my chopsticks...you know, just in case I get slapped again by God knows who! :p :D

next.........

Eastern Citizen
09-09-2007, 11:36 PM
About the American Astronauts thing................... the documentaries and the articles written casting doubt over the whole man landing on the moon thing are pretty convincing. I must say that technology back then was far far more basic then it is now, so it's quite difficult to believe today that those guys managed to make to the moon and back....................... I must say that I don't really know what to believe but I do have strong doubts that they did.

Any others.........................

mediumsliced
10-09-2007, 10:30 PM
Who says the Yanks haven't been to the moon yet? They even have a moon base there called Moon Base Alpha. I think they were conducting some experiments in trans-dimensional travel. Apparently, they accidentally opened a gateway to hell, which threatened the existence of the entire world, if left unchecked so they nuked the moon, thus giving the moon its pock-marked surface.

My question, anybody else have difficulty separating fact from fiction? You know lah, don't believe everything that you read...

A pretty young thing seems to be rather fond of you but she's married as far as you know. What would you do? :p ;)

Pretzels

Ah well.. if the pretty young thing is that easy herself, altho she's hooked, I'd still say no. :D

Unless I don't love my wife or gf anymore lah.

Would you? Allow yourself to be hit by pretty young things? :p

Ah well.. if the pretty young thing is that easy herself, altho she's hooked, I'd still say no. :D Exactly. That'd be the right thing to do. I went for moral studies in school mah. ;) Nonetheless, there'll be guys who will find it hard to resist..those who subscribe to the 'sek tak ng hoe sai' school of thought, that is. :p

Hope that answers your question, Pretzels.

next question:

Would you feel flattered if an older guy pays you a compliment or feel turned off instead?

extremely rich, definitely. the rest...fame and even good looks (but i gotta be careful not to end up with Micheal Jackson's plastic surgeon, though :p ) are easily attained once the $$$ is taken care of. :D

an ex comes back into your life and tries to seduce you into one absolutely final, no repeat, no holds barred, urmm...physical encounter (i shall not push it with a more graphic phrase but you get the drift :p ). would you give in to the temptation? you know it'll blow you away. :p besides, the little voice in your head tells you it's alright since it's a one-time thing, anyway. question: would you do it? :p ;) oh, even if you don't have an ex...let your imagination run wild and tell us what you think. :D

In SS17 near the Esso and Shell stations, is a shop called Magicboo. They hv all sorts of hairdressing and beauty equipment. Prices range from rm80- whatever amt. Good quality ones are there too. I took a foreign hairstylist there to get equipment, as well as a client.

SMS or email? Which do you prefer?

birdy

I prefer email as with email, I can write long winded.... SMS will limit what I can type, cannot have the flexibility to draw boxes,etc... Also, using keyboard would definitely be faster than typing on the phone keypad.

To answer birdy's question, I love both my parents so much and they're both so alike and full of passion in life so I really can't choose or prefer one over the other :p Of coz, they have their own plus and minus but they make a great couple when they're nice to each other lol! When I was young, whoever gave me chance and don't beat me when I was naughty, I liked more la....:D

Women are fickle-minded? Urmm...they don't come across as such to me.

next question:

Sunny weather or overcast skies?

coleslaw

I'm not afraid but rather more worried each time I visit them, they tortured me with their machines & drills & etc & worst of all my wallet - big notes all have to give them. :(

Can you stand having dinner alone every nite? Do you feel lonely?

coleslaw
02-11-2007, 07:03 PM
i'm one person who's ok alone..though it's more fun to have company, i don't have any problem eating alone! :D

and you?

Sugarfree

no problems eating alone.

how do you deal with someone with zilch sense of humor, a party pooper?

coleslaw
02-11-2007, 10:36 PM
best is to ignore that twit.......no point in your wasting time nor energy on them..like the malay saying ' kuasa nak layan' :D

and your take?..

Sugarfree
02-11-2007, 11:31 PM
exactly that. :p but it can be frustrating as i do occasionally bump into that twit, as you so rightly put it, and sure as h*ll, i'd get so damn pissed by his party-pooping ways, plus his totally lack of a sense of humor. he comes across as a wet blanket, too. :(

next question:

Your spouse's ex comes to visit your spouse. Do you eye her/him with suspicion? :p

what's there to be jealous about...they didn't end up together! ;)

would you be jealous or cautious..

Sugarfree
03-11-2007, 09:33 AM
my take on it is one should not be, as you rightly pointed it out, they didn't end up together. life is too short for jealousy. one's energy ought to be channelled towards more positive things. good for you, coleslaw. http://www.mysmiley.net/imgs/smile/happy/happy0013.gif

Sugarfree
03-11-2007, 01:05 PM
Las Vegas.I don't care too much for the 5 star hotel treatment as what I am afraid of is that if I were to stay in a 5 star hotel, I may not want to go out!! And that defeats my idea of a hol in Las Vegas! :p ;)

How bout' you?A smile? That was all it took for you to escape? Whoaaaaa....what a smile you've got. :p When I smile, it'd give the fella hope that I'm loaded and thus, I would be able to do anything but escape!! :p (kidding)

When I say banana and batteries, what's the first thing that comes to your mind? ;)

pray tell..........it depends on the individual, i guess. to some people it's just that. banana and batteries. don't mean nothing to them but to others, the combination do paint up a rather uh..colourful picture. as for me, what comes to mind is a woman enjoying a banana while holding a flashlight during a blackout. http://www.mysmiley.net/imgs/smile/evilgrin/evilgrin0018.gif

would be interesting to find out what cooks up in pretzels' mind. pretzels? ;)

Oki Oki..:p Just got back from visitations myself.

Errmmm....When I think of banana, I think of a monkey. And sometimes I think of KWChang serious!! Heheheee...:p

When I think of batteries, I will be reminded of the cheapo rm10 for like 2 dozens of short-lived batteries I bought from a shop at Summit. Very stupid of me to have fallen for such cheapskate products..:(

Question: How much water do you drink per day? Do you think it's enough?

pretzel, stomach full of rendang & lemang? :p

you've rather cleverly wiggled yourself outta a tricky question, haven't you? kakakaka. i didn't mean for you to think of the items separately but as a, you know..combo... ;) but never mind...let's move on before i get slapped with a banana. :p

yeap, i definitely drink enough. water is a must for me. i can eat less but there has gotta be plenty of water. :D

do you wear a watch? (why i'm asking is because i don't as my cell which i take with me everywhere already tells me the time, thus making the watch redundant).

my watch still working fine even it is more than 10 years old .... to me, watch is a tool for telling time only .. I don't fancy expensive branded watch.

Any branded stuff you specifically like?

What would u categorize as exotic?
Frogs legs? no prob.
Monitor lizard? dry curry style, i eat also.
Don't think I have tried anything more 'exotic' than those. No turtles, or animal brains for me, thank u. No bear, monkey, rats, bats, worms, bugs or dog either.

Anyone else?? Like exotic meats?

Don't think I have tried anything more 'exotic' than those. No turtles, or animal brains for me, thank u. No bear, monkey, rats, bats, worms, bugs or dog either. All the above I stay away from. Haven't developed a taste for them and never will. However, there are some exotic meat that I like but we shan't go down that path. ;) :p

next question:

Which one of these vices would you give up, if indeed you have to give up one? Drinking, gambling, smoking, sex? And, perhaps, tell us why. :p

Sasha
09-11-2007, 05:52 PM
I don't gamble and I don't smoke, so that narrows it down to drinking and sex.
Ummm..... considering both seem to be rather limited lately, it's a tough decision. Thus, i will give up on drinking. :D Why? I'd rather stay sober if/when having sex!

Next person? (i mean giving up on vices) :p

Sugarfree
10-11-2007, 10:35 AM
Why, Sasha, you are a girl with too few vices, if not, just one. :p And you certainly got a point there...you know...the bit about staying sober. ;) I subscribe to that notion, too..coz I don't wanna miss anything!

Let's move on. Next question.

Is being physically intimate all that important in a relationship? ;)

Sasha
10-11-2007, 12:14 PM
Of course! Goes without saying. :)

And what do u think???

Sugarfree
10-11-2007, 12:57 PM
What do I think? Let me put it this way. You prefer to eat just plain rice - no gravy, not meat, no vegetables, no nuthing - and tap water (I mean, those things keep you alive, too) or rice complete with the works? Meat, vegetables, soup and the such. And I haven't even started on the noodle dishes yet! ;)

The above is strictly my opinion. If you have a different opinion, do share :)

I was browsing through the threads in Chatterbox and came across this. Ok, I'll give this a shot.

Physical intimacy is important in a relationship? Yes, it is but it's not the only thing. Factors like emotions, a sense of commitment, chemistry, etc., are equally important to make a relationship work.

My question? Ok, this is it. Do you consider music therapeutic?

gary yap
08-05-2008, 06:36 PM
Definitely!

Is rock song your favourite?

Ullas Sahadevan
08-05-2008, 08:57 PM
Music is divided into 2 categories : Rock 'n' Roll (Heavy Metal) and Disco (Everything Else)

- ANGUS YOUNG (Lead Guitars - AC/DC)

I am not sure wheth er I was supposed to answer this, but... couldn't resist :p

Now that I have to ask a question:

Was I supposed to answer this?

QuietStorm

Not that I am aware of. But a word of warning about these so-called sales. Sometimes, they are a con job so do be careful. Don't get carried away. :-)

Are you looking forward to watching the new Indiana Jones movie? :D
