KLANG: Fires at Kampung Johan Setia, where they often start during dry spells, have flared up again and are shrouding surrounding areas in thick acrid smoke.

“It is a perpetual hide-and-seek game with the culprits,” said Selangor Environment Department director Che Asmah Ibrahim.

“The fires are usually started by illegal immigrants trespassing on the land. When our enforcement officers chase them, they run into the swampy peat land and are difficult to catch,” she said.

The somke is getting worse by the day. Today I can smell it so strongly each time I ventured out into my garden in Kota Kemuning.

We still have so many idiots of the 1st. degree doing open burnings in such hot and dry spell and the authorities are doing f-all about it...saying that the culprites are playing hide and seek is really stupid.
When are the bums going to take their job seriously and come out with a real plan to nab and get those idiots behind bars?

If they can't get their act right in bolehland....how to tell indonesia to do anything ?

Somehow, I think indonesians like to burn things...seems they just enjoy it.

I invested in a air purifier, and it really helps with breathing. Can get a really good night rest... uninterrupted sleep.. worth it to get one!
