Sotware for MOV

What software do I need to view MOV files? I burn some pics together with some videos on a cd. The pics I can see, but am not able to view the video. Can someone please advise me on what I need and how I go about getting it? Thanks.

.mov is quicktime.. have to get quicktime player.

Hate Quicktime, it's bloatware. Google for something called Quicktime Alternative, that should do. While, you are at it, grab Real Alt too. Both basically install the codecs to play their proprietary encoded vids, minus their ad-laden bloated clients.
