Junk car

At jalan SS14/3A few old car dumped by the roadside. Been there for the last couple of years. Complained made in writing to MPSJ office many years ago. MPSJ enforcement team came and put warning sticker for owner to remove vehicle. After that nothing happened. Road resurfacing job not done properly recently as the car was not moved. This junk taking valuable parking space.

Is there like a waiting period for MPSJ before they can legally remove the car? Maybe the waiting period is still ON.

'Waiting period'?? Why so long until all warning sticker (notice) also gone.
Why can't just towed away as scrap metal.. If my useful metal drain cover can be hijacked (only weigh less than 2kg).. why not take this few tons monster.. the proceed can donate to charity lah..at least my suffering all these years put to good use.

No laser or mazda lah.. but you can choose green jaguar, white merc, green nissan bluebird and a white ford window van. But please don't take bit and pieces..take the whole car lah...
