WHY? WHY? WHY?

Can anybody tell me why ....

1) Why the Auto-Selling machines at Putra LRT & KTM Komuter always out of function?

2) Why the KTM Komuter always got "due to technical issue ..." at peak hours?

3) Why the KTM Komuter never come on time?

Please tell me why .....

I know why the Putra is always having "technical problems". Actually, it is because the train driver is always on leave.

3) Why the KTM Komuter never come on time?Err buddy...here are the answers...

1. IF the machines are NOT working...they could offer more job opportunities...

2. KTM still is government owned...it doesn't care much...nor does it have a clue on how to maintain the service or fix the technical problems...n it doesn't have a clue on how to make money...

3. KTM has different timekeeping clocks...

Err buddies...without any questions...here is probably the BEST... (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transportation_in_Hong_Kong) public transport systems in the world...which is controlled by Hong Kong government.

Here is another BEST... (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_transport_in_Singapore)public transport systems in the world...which is controlled by the Singapore government.

But arguably the BEST among the BEST rail transport systems...is here... (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rail_transport_in_Japan)which moves close to 23 billions passengers...each year.

In Malaysia...passengers n motorists have been dreaming since 50 years ago...

Err...more often than not...one would see some Malaysian government officials...doing 'belajar sambil melawat' trips in those above mentioned places...

but one wonders if they are blind or what...how come they never learn n implement the good transport systems or policies adopted by other governments...?

or do they care at all...otherthan bringing along their families n spending millions of taxpayers' money to go on shopping spree only...?
