I hv a very unsightly big tummy which has plagued me my whole life. I guess it is genetic, my whole family has it. Otherwise, I'm slim bcos I exercise & I eat regularly. I only drink beer & alcohol on a social level, 1-2 drinks a mth.

It could b due 2 stress at work, but the job pays well.

Please advise if there are any slimming centres out there which is ok for men to go, reasonably priced and is able to spot-reduce.

Thanks.

Moonstruc, my suggesting is don't go to slimming centres especially those cheap ones. You never know what kind of treatment they give you. Most of them can make you slim in no time cos they only get rid of your water and not fat.

The best thing is still exercise and controlled diet. Don't starve yourself. The theory is if you starve, your body will think that there is a food shortage and when you eat, the first thing you body do is make more fat for reserve.

If can follow advice and stick to it, spend 3 hrs per session , 2 - 3 day a week , you can try LONDON WEIGHT MANAGEMENT in Subang Parade.....bottom line , MUST follow their advice on meal intake.

Tummy fat ar? That's the most difficult part among your whole body to get rid of.
It will always the last to get rid of.
Try daily cardio exercise like jogging or swimming, and also not to forget to control your food intake. Never ever starve yourself.
Try to split your daily regular 3x meals into multiple smaller potion per day.
Example:
8AM: Breakfast
10:30AM: Brunch
1pm: Light Lunch
3pm: Afternoon tea
6pm: Light dinner
9pm: Supper

You might ask, wasn't that will make me eat more and fatter? The answer is NO. The trick here is to control the type of the food you are having. Less oil, less lemak, and avoid anything fattening. The meal you eat have to be healthy and smaller in potion.
And don't to forget to exercise regularly.

Forget about those slimming centres, most of them are con-man centre. All they do is remove the water retention and claim you're losing fat. and The effect is only temporary and not permanent. It will come back after few month or few weeks.
