Hello there,

Have anyone of you experience any internet disruption recently?

For the past 3 weeks or so, I am unable to conect to Streamyx every evening. But the strange thing is, the connection only comes in around 5am and also in the afternoon.

I try calling TM net but as usual, the reply is the normal upgrading nonsense.Its very frustrating.

Hope someone can help.

So far so good for me..... which area are u in? USJ 12? Maybe those forumers in USJ 12 can confirmed on this...

I'm in USJ 16, the connection has been bad for the last 3 weeks also. I'm getting like dial-up speed.
As for the tech support, they're totally incompetent. Must be taken from the 80k unemplyed graduate pool. :mad:

My streamyx connection was up and down for the past 1 week, I am from USJ4.
Actually the connection was bad for the past 1 month, very slow, around 100k/s only.
Anyone face the same problem like me?

It's 100 kbits/s and not 100 kBytes/s. If 100kBytes/s it's nearly perfect for TMnut Slowmyx.
We should get 1024 kbits/s or 1Mbits/s, my link is not even 10%, already e-mail to TMnut. 1-300-88-9515 waited for 15 minutes and still no nuts is available. :mad:

100 kb/s sucks. I'm sure they are working as hard as they can to fix all these problems. Your connection may be slow, but at least you have a connection.
