You might lose some weight by counting calories but eventually you will gain it all back plus some.
I recommend that if someone wants to lose weight that they eat lots of fruit and vegetables and fish and that they knock off the white rice, bread, salt and fatty foods.

Actually, I just took a look at that calorie counter, and it's a counter for calories burned during exercise. I think that's pretty neat, and exercise is always good, but everything should be done in moderation of course. Nice addition, Tinkerfy!
I had a friend who is naturally plump, inherited it from her father, but she knows how to carry herself, so guys are attracted to her like moths to a light anyway. There was a point in her teens where she decided to lose as much weight as possible, so she exercised DOUBLE the calories of what she put in her mouth, even water. She lost a lot of weight, became really slim, but one day, she just collapsed. Now she's back to her beautiful self, and healthy too.
Sometimes slim just ain't worth it.
Moderation! :D
